But when the blue smoke cleared they found themselves facing up to a year in jail. Jon and Ashley Sterkel mixed the explosives with some blue chalk and detonated the exploding target with a high powered rifle. The video was posted to their Facebook page. Folks three miles away heard the blast and called cops who quickly traced the source of the explosion.
